In response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak we’d like to reassure our clients and technicians that action is being taken in line with the advice given by the UK Government and WHO. The health and safety of our community is paramount and we are available 24/7 via email@example.com to answer any queries.
We ask that anyone who is displaying the COVID-19 symptoms (cough, high fever), has been in contact, or has been with anyone that has been in contact with an individual displaying symptoms to refrain from making bookings, or accepting bookings via the Monada app for at least 14 days.
All Monada technicians are to adhere to the Public Health guidelines provided by the UK Government and to use extra precautions where necessary. This includes disinfectants, gloves, masks, the use of sanitiser where appropriate and sterilisation post treatment.
If a client needs to cancel a booking within 2 hours of the agreed treatment time due to COVID-19, we advise you to inform the technician of the cancellation and to email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to provide a full refund.
If a technician needs to cancel a booking within 2 hours of the agreed treatment time due to COVID-19 we advise you to inform the client of the cancellation and email email@example.com We will do our utmost to assist the technician with the maintenance of their profile on Monada in the meantime.
Neither party will receive any late cancellation warnings/fees if a case is genuine.
